A profoundly restful body and mind experience between wakefulness and sleep.
Join us in comfortable clothes in the cozy barn for a guided ritual of deep relaxation. First, we will share moon milk, which is a warm, spiced beverage known to gently promote restfulness. (There will be a non-dairy option.) You will then be guided in a slow flow to start calming and preparing your nervous system. After that, you will create your intentions or "san culpa" and your own spot for resting, using anything you want to bring (blanket, pillow) and the blankets and cushions in our studio. When everyone is comfortable, Lisa will guide you into the nidra with settling, body rotation meditation and breath awareness. Once you've enjoyed your yoga nidra, you'll be gently brought back to the room with a reminder of your intention, experiencing the power of yoga nidra to ground you into calm!
