Sundays

9:00-10:00 - Deb

Yoga for Every Body Movement linked together with breath in a flowing practice that includes deep postures and long holds. Physically challenging with modifications offered. Designed to help balance hormones for both men and women, increase strength and stamina, release toxins, and calm the mind. Attention given to proper alignment. Each class concludes with deep relaxation and meditation for an effect that is both energizing and soothing.


Mondays

9:15-10:15 - Deb

Yoga for Every "Body" (all-levels) This is a slow paced essential Hatha yoga practice. Hatha (Ha meaning "sun" and tha meaning "moon") is a branch of yoga intended to bring union to the entire being. This is a gentle, breath-centric class designed to inform, strengthen, clear energy and decompress the spine. We will honor sun salutations, the 6 directions of the spine, learn balance, clear the mind, while restoring and stabilizing the nervous system through pranayama (breath control), asana (postures), meditation and deep relaxation. There will be tailored modifications as this class is suitable for beginners as well as those with experience who are open to going deeper.

Tuesdays

9:15-10:30 - Joanie

All Levels Vinyasa This class is an energizing Vinyasa based yoga flow practice focused on alignment.  This class is designed to open creaky places, heal and calm the spirit, build strength and flexibility and create heightened joy. As usual, modifications are given throughout the class to create physical challenge, or encourage greater restorative qualities.  A practice to build strength, increase flexibility, heighten your vibration and calm your mind.

Wednesdays

9:15-10:15 - Deb

Mindful Flow (all levels) Join us for an empowering and consciousness heightening flow class intended to heal and bring grace.  Learn to live by the guidance of the breath, the opening of the heart and trust the connection to the divine above, below and within. A combination of Hatha, Kripalu + Prana yoga, this authentic yogic style assists in balancing the body, heart, mind + spirit by merging the masculine and feminine forces within through, prana (energy) building, asana (postures), guided letting go clearing techniques and deep relaxation. Various levels of flow are offered including: resting-no flow, moderate flow, strong flow.

Thursdays

9:15 - 10:15am - Anne

Flow FUNdamentals All levels class with an emphasis on the basics and the alignment of the yoga poses. This class is for all levels. Anne will guide you to practice at a level that is consistent with your level of strength and flexibility.

1:00 - 2:00pm - Lisa

Therapeutic Yoga In this very accessible class, we use both small, deliberate movements and organic, rhythmic movements to release tension, stretch and strengthen the whole body. We focus on awareness to move energy through the body and appreciate all its wonderful components. This class is for people with limited movement, an injury or a diagnosis that prevents attending our other classes.

Fridays

9:15-10:30 - Grace

Peaceful Practice (all levels)Practicing peacefully is honoring what your body and spirit needs for balance.  In this Friday morning class we will move slowly into postures, pranayam (breathing exercises), and deep relaxation. Traditional hatha yoga postures will be integrated with Restorative and Yin poses, as well as a gentle vinyasa experience. This class will be appropriate for all levels and is meant to increase strength and energetically awaken life force.

Saturdays 

8:30-9:30 - Anne or Joanie

All Levels Flow  An active vinyasa flow class. We will lead you through flowing sequences in a traditional vinyasa style. This class is for various levels. Students are encouraged to watch their energy level and take child's pose or rest whenever that is most suitable.

10:00-11:00 - Anne

Beginner Yoga  (all levels )No experience or flexibility needed for this gently paced class. Join us in an accepting community to learn about the practice of yoga. You will increase your flexibility & strength, while learning to breathe easily and calm your mind. We honor our bodies as they are and support one another in creating better health.
