Yoga for a Healthy Back Tuesdays March 18, 25, April 1st 4-5pm with Joanie

You can feel better! You can move with more ease! We will be practicing very gentle yoga for a more flexible back. We will also add the hips into the mix so that hip movement is more accessible as well. Hips and backs are closely connected and tightness in one area often causes compensation in the other.
This three week series is for all levels of yoga experience, incorporating yoga postures that impart an ease of movement into our backs, and extend out to our entire selves. Each class will incorporate breathing exercises, and yoga relaxation too. Drop in to any class for $25, or do the whole series for $60. Please register ahead of time if possible. Space is limited so that all students get ample attention!
